Destinations Covered : Chennai - Mahabalipuram - Pondicherry - Trichy - Madurai

Arrive at Chennai airport. You will be met and transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon visit places like Fort St. George, The Fort Museum, Kapaleshwarar temple, The Government Museum & Art Gallery. Night at the hotel.
Breakfast at the Hotel. Later proceed to Mahabalipuram, on the way visit Kanchipuram temple such as Ekambareswarar Temple, Kanchi Kailasanathar Temple, Kamakshi Amman Temple, Devarajaswami Temple and Varadharaja Perumal Temple .
Later, proceed to visit shore temple. The Shore Temple (built in 700-728 AD) is so named because it overlooks the shore of the Bay of Bengal. This temple is built with blocks of granite, as old as 8th century AD as one of the Group of Monuments at Mahabalipuram. It has been classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1984.It is one of the oldest structural (versus rock-cut) stone temples of South India.
After breakfast proceed to Pondicherry, en route visit Tiruvannamalai. It is an important pilgrim center dedicated to Lord Shiva and is visited by a large number of devotees all round the world. Over the years, Tiruvannamalai has been ruled by various dynastries from the Pallavas to the British. The history of Tiruvannamalai revolves around the Annamalaiyar Temple. The recorded history of the town dates back to the ninth century, as seen from a Chola inscriptions in the temple. On arrival, check-in to your hotel in Pondicherry.
After breakfast, proceed to visit The Sri Aurobindo Ashram is a spiritual community (ashram) located in Pondicherry. The ashram was built in 1910. Then, visit Thillai Natarajar Temple, Chidambaram or Chidambaram temple is located in the town of Chidambaram. The temple as it stands now is mainly of the 12th and 13th centuries, with later additions in similar style. On arrival, check- in to your hotel in Trichy.
Visit Jambukeshwar Temple and Rock Fort temple.
Later, proceed for sightseeing of Trichy visiting places like Jambukeshwar Temple, Rock Fort Temple.
Thiruvanaikaval (also Thiruvanaikal, Jambukeswaram) is a famous Shiva temple in Tiruchirapalli (Trichy).The temple was built by Kocengannan (Kochenga Chola), one of the Early Cholas, around 1,800 years ago. Two temples can be witnessed insede, the Rock fort & the Thayumanaswami Temple and the Ucchi Pillayar Temple. The Rockfort is the most prominent landmark of the city. The evening is at leisure for independent activities.
After breakfast, proceed to Madurai. It is one of South India's great temple towns; Madurai is synonymous with the celebrated Meenakshi Temple. The city has a number of historical monuments, with the Meenakshi Amman Temple and Tirumalai Nayak Palace being the most prominent. Night at the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. In time transfer to Madurai airport for your onward flight
